Radioactive is a biographical film that chronicles the life of Marie Curie, one of the most influential scientists of all time. Set in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the story follows her struggle for recognition in a male-dominated world, her revolutionary discoveries of polonium and radium with her husband Pierre Curie, and the unpredictable consequences of her pioneering work with radioactivity.

The film shows not only her scientific achievements, but also her personal life: the deep love with Pierre, the pain of loss, the public controversy following her relationship with Paul Langevin, and the lasting influence she left on medicine, science and war. Through time jumps, Radioactive connects Marie Curie's work with later historical events, such as the development of the atomic bomb and the use of radiation in medical treatments.

Visually innovative and emotionally powerful, this film offers an intimate yet global look at the complex legacy of a woman who changed the world.
